Trainer & Coach

It's difficult to find well-trained base CRAs or CRAs with experience, but the opportunities to start as a CRA are also not up for grabs. Moreover, there are few solid, targeted training opportunities for CRAs in the Netherlands.

I jump in on that: DJCR wants to offer an education to the driven and motivated talents who want to become a CRA and who have the right skills, who have a (bio-)medical background and/or who work in clinical research at academics and hospitals.

DJCR can be used for training and coaching individual CRAs or a team of CRAs.

I offer a traineeship for all facets of the CRA profession, both knowledge and skills and soft skills development. The training program takes place in collaboration with Mr. Ad van Dooren, author of the book 'Clinical Research Monitoring-a European Approach'.

For whom? for those who want to start as a CRA, who have just graduated, or who want to make the switch from the (para)medical sector. During this training you will learn the theoretical background of clinical research and its translation into practice.

As a coach, I am available to support you in your daily work, for example to learn how to properly monitor your time, by dividing your work efficiently and meeting study timelines, sometimes also under great work pressure. I also help you to develop more soft skills.

In collaboration with other companies, DJCR can also help find a match between company and CRA.
